Tommy is a lovely little dog 
I’m not sure how old he is but his previous owner guesses at around 2. He is with us because his previous owners landlord wouldn’t allow him to stay. He loves playing as you can see and appears to be a happy little dog! He enjoys company and so far i think he’d be fine with children however he can get excitable so would be best re-homed without young children. His owner says he is okay with other dogs.
